He was predeceased by: his mother Emily Shrum. He is survived by: his father Carl Shrum; his wife Jennifer; his daughters, Brittni Prysdale (Zach), Madyline Howard (Brendon Tate), Ella Howard (Gianni Lipinski), Claire Roberts, Brionna Shrum and Bristell Shrum; his grandsons, Greyson Wiltshire and Colton Tate; his siblings, Randy Shrum (Bonnie) and Carla Shrum-Byndas (Lee McDill); his father-in-law Jeff Haynes (Joyce); and his siblings-in-law, Jason Haynes (Lisa), John Haynes (Samara), Teresa Shrum and Mary Wollert (Whit).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jennifer Shrum for future designation to their daughters' college fund.
