David Chappelle Obituary

He is survived by: his daughter Lanell Chappelle; his mother LaVerne "Debbie" Chappelle; his sisters, Lanice Chappelle and Alania Cobb (Jerrel); his nieces and nephews, Duvon Rogers, Kevin Jones, Jace Cobb, Jorden Cobb, Leilani Jones and A'Keiria Cobb; and his aunts and uncles, Deb Rudder, Theresa Rudder, Rory Graham and Greg Rudder. He is also survived by cousins, friends and godchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in David's memory to the Epilepsy Foundation or a local epilepsy organization.
