With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Torres (Brooklyn, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 4, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint George leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Yvette Ducos; his daughters, Jennifer Torres and Jessica Torres-Liquet; his granddaughter Sophia Liquet; and his sons, Felix and Ivan Torres.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leone Funeral Home (696 4th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11232).
