He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Putko and Mary Putko. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank, Nellie and Street; his wife Theresa Donderewicz; his sons, Thomas (Maria) of Staten Island, Mark of Brooklyn and Christopher (Michele) of Cape Neddick, Maine; his grandchildren, Thomas (Krysia), Dina Marie, Chris (Freddy), Bobby (Cailan), Marie (Ryan), Joseph (Ines), Catherine (Jon) and Jimmy (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Brianna, Jonathan, Carl, Lucy, Jeanie, Sofia, Penny, Annabelle, Oscar and Benny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM, on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Clavin Funeral Home (7722 4th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11209). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish (224 24th St, Brooklyn, NY 11232).
