He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Leibowitz and Beatrice Leibowitz; his brother David Leibowitz; and his cousin Barry Harowitz. He is survived by: his daughter Azriel Wallace; his grandchildren, Tony and Aizen Atherley; his cousins, Rich Altwerger (Carol), Warren Altwerger (Sue), Bruce Harowitz and Bernie Harowitz; and his sister-in-law Wendy Leibowitz.
