She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale DePergola and Filomena DePergola (Micolupo); her sisters, Anna Sorrenti, Louise Perrotta and Christina DePergola; and her husband Alfred Scarpelli.

She is survived by: her sister Patricia Coppa; her children, Linda Giabia, Patricia Scarpelli and John Scarpelli; her son-in-law Frank Giabia; her granddaughter Jennifer Orza; and her great grandchild Benjamin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
