He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Hudson; his siblings, Curtis, John, Felma and Chris Frazier; his girlfriend Dianne Wilkins; his son Joshua Hudson (Racheleah); his grandson Josh Laqinn Hudson, Jr.; his stepgrandsons, Eric A. Wilkins of Brooklyn and Donald Wilkins (La'Kina) of Tuscaloosa; his close friend Richard Beavers; his sisters, Secenethia, Verniece, Portia of Brooklyn, Shirley (Harvey) of Charlotte and Ann (Dan) of Temescal Valley, California; his cousin Sam Conner; his friend Willis Frazier; and his aunts, Leola Hinton (Arthur) of Aliceville and Evelina Harris of St. Louis Missouri.
The 81st Precinct Task Force and Alabama Joe Drum Grill, in association with the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ, collaborated to provide assistance to families affected by COVID.
