He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Margaret; his brother Paul; and his great-niece Sheridan Gorman. He is survived by: his husband Fausto Gutierrez of Atlatlahucan, Morelos; and his brothers, Thomas (Columbia), Robert (Josephine) and Peter (Mary).
