He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter F. DeCarlo and Mary DeCarlo; and his siblings, Virginia Marchesano, Anthony DeCarlo, Peter DeCarlo and Carmela Scotto (Millie).
He is survived by: his wife Lucy A. DeCarlo (Carannande); his children, Jacqueline, Joanne (Alex), Carole and Peter (Rosemary); his grandchildren, Alessandra Ash (Derek), Jason Goldfarb (Avigayl), Joseph Nicholas DeCarlo, Steven Grayes and Alex Grayes; and his great grandchild Hudson Jerome Ash. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
