He is survived by: his parents, John DePhillips and Diane DePhillips; his wife Nicole Pascone; his stepdaughter Alexa; his sister Debbie Latona (John); his nibling Ashley; his sisters, Lydia Consolmagno and Cynthia Ciancio (Salvatore); his nieces and nephews, Felice, Raffaelle and Louis; and his sister Carolyn DePhillips.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Torregrossa Funeral Home (1305 79th St, Brooklyn, NY 11228).
