It is with sadness that the passing of Margaret A. Bonner of Brooklyn, New York is shared. Margaret, born on December 2, 1934, passed away on August 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Liam; her parents, Anne and Michael; her siblings, Joseph and Roseleen; her sons, William (Bridget) and Michael (Veronica); her grandchildren, Jennifer (James), William (Angela), Sean (Erica), Caitlin (Andree) and Sinead (Abdel); and her great grandchildren, Amelia, Audrey, Eliana, Ava Rose and Olivia. She was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, godchildren, and lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Clare Church (110 Nelson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10308).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
