She was predeceased by: her husband Timothy P. Lynch; her parents, Michael O'Flaherty and Catherine O'Flaherty; and her siblings, Mary Foley, Michael O'Flaherty, Sr. (Evelyn O'Flaherty), Joan Smyth, Sr. (Eileen O) and Betty Groenewegen.
She is survived by: her sisters, Peg O'Flaherty and Julia "Sheila" Vitale; her children, Brendan, Gerard (Kathleen), Kevin (Jeanette) and Lorraine (Arthur Swaine Jr.); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Timothy, Katherine, Brendan John, Maggie, Jack, Grace, Alyssa, Kristina, Kevin Connor, Ronan, John and Keira.
