He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tierney and Rosalie Tierney. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Gavin (Susan) and Meghan (Dhirendra); his granddaughters, Maeve, Etta of Long Beach, CA, Cailyn and Nessa of Kathmandu, Nepal; and his brothers, Paul (Susan) and Bill (Barry).
