He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Vitale and Alfonsa Vitale (Ginex); and his brothers, Onofrio "Fred" Vitale and Joseph S. Vitale. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne "Sue" Guillotte; his children, Richard George, Christine and Stephen (Cheryl Pazak Vitale); and his grandsons, Zachary, Jacob, Kent, Benjamin and Matthew.
