He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Kelly; his children, Robert W. Kelly Jr., Rochelle, Margaret Kelly McWilliams, Zach and Michael Francis Kelly (Jamie); his siblings, Jo Ann Burns and Francis X. Kelly Jr.; and his grandchildren, Robert W. Kelly III, Grace Kelly, Colin Kelly, Ryan McWilliams, Kate McWilliams, Matthew Kelly, Meghan Kelly, Julia Kelly, Mikey Kelly and Finn McWilliams.
