It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Constance Tully (Brooklyn, New York), who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughie and Annie; her husband Joe; and her siblings, James, Mary Elizabeth, William, John Patrick and Mary Celine.

She is survived by: her sister Kathleen; and her son Joseph.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the New York Memory Center.
