She is survived by: her husband Sergio Lavagnino; her pets, Damian and Callie; her granddaughters, Ruth (Brooklyn) and Jennifer Anna; her sister Lucia Grace; her daughter Doria Lavagnino (Arindam Nag); her granddaughters, Jennifer Lavagnino-Sisk of Brooklyn and Lucia Lavagnino-Sisk of Brooklyn; her sister Edwina Patruno of Audubon, PA; her nieces and nephews, Michelle Blumer of Villanova, PA, Raffaella Lavagnino, Joseph Patruno of Allentown, PA and Luciano Patruno of Conshohocken, PA; Greg Sisk of Reno, Nevada.
In lieu of flowers, the family plans to start a scholarship fund in Ruth's memory, awarded annually to a student with a passion for the arts.
