“Selda and my mom, Brenda, have been great friends since childhood. I often refer to Selda as my mom's oldest friend. I met Selda many times throughout my life and adored her. My mom cherished their friendship, and they kept in touch until my mom's health made it unable for her to do so. Brenda just passed away in July, and I hope they have found each other again in the afterlife and are catching up for the last ~10 years now.”
