She is survived by: her siblings, Daphne Tucker (Ruth), Rita Black and Brinton Dixon; her former husband Roosevelt Merren; her husband Andres Velasquez; her children, Charmain and Janet Hurley; her sons-in-law, Charles Hurley, Joseph Cassara and Brinton Dixon; her sister-in-law Sharon Dixon; and her grandchildren, Carmela Cassara and Leland Hurley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
