He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles and Susan; his siblings-in-law, James Donnelly, Richard McLaughlin, Pasquale A. Gialanella, John Senia Sr. and Patricia Donnelly; and his nephews, Nicholas G. and Little Ricky.
He is survived by: his son Jesus Church; his wife Jacqueline; his daughter Kerri Marie; his brother Richard (Anna); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon, Steve Martin, Irene Donnelly, Mary Ellen, Ric Alexandria, Frank, Gladys Donnelly, Joseph, Pam Donnelly and Cindy Donnelly.
