He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Marks and Keitha Marks (Martin); his wife Cathy S. Marks; his children, Amy J. Hinds (Michael) of Rochester, Patrick J. Marks (Audrey) of Averill Park and Michael J. Marks (Nicole) of Brownville; his grandchildren, April Robert (Chris), Sierra McKinney (Patrick), Mia Hinds, Matt Marks, Mallory Marks and Colden Marks; his great grandchildren, Carley and Chase; his sister Terry; his brother-in-law Ronald Nichols; his brother Steven; and his sister-in-law Millie Marks of The Villages, Florida. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and his amazing neighbors.
