Beatty of Brownville; his brother Timothy R Beatty of New Jersey; his father-in-law Hugh Joseph Rogers Sr. of Massachusetts; and his siblings-in-law, Laurie A. Rogers of New Bedford, Kelly L. Rodrigue (John) of New Hampshire, Denise Beale of Maine and Hugh Joseph Rogers Jr. (Amy) of Freetown, Massachusetts. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
