She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Puhala and Rose Puhala (Chach); her son Randie Heady; and her siblings, Edward, Donald Puhala, Elizabeth Huba and Frances Magurno.
She is survived by: her husband John Heady; her daughter Rene Bracken (Michael); her grandchildren, Erin, Cory, Melissa and Michael; her daughter-in-law Sandy; and her great grandchildren, Vanessa, Hudson, Alana and Olivia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home (414 Washington St, Peekskill, NY 10566).
