She is survived by: her parents, Joshua Bender and Eliza Bender (Vacanti); her sister Ruth Bender; her grandparents, Michael, Peggy Vacanti of Alexander, Dee, Jim Luttrell of Batavia, Karl and Becky Bender of Alexander; her aunts and uncles, Emmeline (Dustin Pratt), Ben, Jared Vacanti (Hobson) of Batavia and Amanda (Nick Jennings); and her cousins, Maeve, Gavin Pratt, Everly and Kolton Jennings.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Book Hotel First Presbyterian Church of Batavia (300 E Main St, Batavia, NY 14020). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Batavia (300 E Main St, Batavia, NY 14020).
