He was predeceased by: his close friend Diane Urbanski; his daughter Kimberly J. Rickard; his parents, William Sr. Hout and Loretta Hout; and his siblings, William Jr., Beverly and Robert Hout.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Janie Winn; and his siblings, Louise Howe (Hal) and Herbert (Judy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
