He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius G. Ratkowski and Bernice M. Ratkowski; and his brothers, Kenneth (Dorothy) and Robert Ratkowski. He is survived by: his significant other Richard Leimbach; his siblings, Richard Rand (Helen), David Ratkowski (Kim) and Mary Ann Wiechec (Floyd); his nephew Brian Kerr; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy, James (Wendy), Deborah Leimbach and Laurie Kerr. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
