He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Ann Anzalone; his parents, Anthony Anzalone and Pauline Anzalone; and his siblings, Frank and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Anzalone-Turello and Richard Anzalone (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jessica (Shea), Samuel Anzalone (Jessica), Richard Anzalone (Jessica) and Nicholas Anzalone; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Joseph, Malina, Vincent Anzalone, Lennox and Valen Durand; and his siblings, Joseph, Delores, James, Jean, Christine, Charlotte and Paula. He is also survived by his sisters- and brothers-in-law as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
