He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nelly Gonzalez; his children, Amy Gonzalez, Andre Gonzalez, Anthony Gonzalez, Gabriel Gonzalez, Carlos Gonzalez, Betsy Gonzalez, Luisa Carrasquillo and Iris Carrasquillo; his siblings, Juan Gonzalez, Virginia Gonzalez, Roberto Gonzalez, Luzmarie Gonzalez, Milagros Gonzalez and Miriam Gonzalez; and his grandchildren, Keegan Gonzalez, Fredrick Bickhart, Alex Bickhart, Maria Gonzalez, Ally Gonzalez, Antonio Gonzalez, Anthony Gonzalez, Scarlett Banas, Emilio Rodr and Sebastian Rodriguez.

Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the John E Roberts Funeral Home (280 Grover Cleveland Hwy, Buffalo, NY 14226). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
