He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Sr. Weigand and Amber Weigand; and his siblings, Richard Weigand (Jill) and Annette Weigand. He is survived by: his wife Laura A. Weigand; his children, Rachel Maloney Jr. (David) and Corey Lyn Weigand; his grandson Hunter; and his siblings, Francis (Stella), Judith Weigand, Janice Vogt (Jack), Carol Weigand and Anne Weigand. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
