He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Wemmell Sr. and Lillian Wilhelmy Wemmell; his sister Marlene; his brother-in-law Aaron Pulhamus; and his daughter Elfrieda Wemmell.
He is survived by: his wife Melanie Quist; his child Ashley Pavlovich (Nicolas); his grandchildren, Theo and Evan of Baltimore, MD; his sons, Jeffrey Wemmell (Sally Yurim Koh) of Denver, CO and Daniel Wemmell (Cristin Murray) of Buffalo, NY; his sister Lynn Hodges of Chesterfield, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda (Quist) and Lance Chaffee of Allegany, NY. He is also survived by 3 nieces, 3 nephews and 7 great nieces/nephews.
