She was predeceased by: her child Thomas Telecky. She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Telecky; her children, Matthew Telecky (Melissa) and Kelly Sanchez (Jerome); her grandchildren, Isabella, Kaitlyn, Jacob and Graysen; and her siblings, Thomas Evanson (Nancy), Nancy Jones (Bill), Barbara Hammond (Thomas) and Kathi Olivieri (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
