“Bettye was one of my favorite aunts. She has the best sense of humor. I remember laughing so hard we cried and almost wet ourselves. My mother and I had the pleasure of having she and my uncle Robert stay with us in New York, I was around 18 at the time. She helped me with some boyfriend issues I was having but that's a whole nother story. She had the sweetest soul had a deep love for family and friends. We spoke often before her health took a turn..She was one of a kind, nobody like her.Cathy”
