She is survived by: her children, Eric "EJ" Whitehead (Kieana), Winter Whitehead-Kulu (Emmanuel) and Jaime Whitehead; her grandchildren, Eyonna, Eric Jr., Eirian, Egypt, Milani, Million and Oshun; her siblings, Mark Smith, Brian Smith and Elaine Smith; and her siblings' children, Brandi Barrett and Kenny Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
