It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brigid A. Martusewicz of Buffalo, New York, born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark O'Neil and Eleanor O'Neil (Gould). She is survived by: her children, Christopher Martusewicz (Jen) of Canandaigua and Caitlin Martusewicz (Silverio Morales) of Brooklyn, NY; her siblings, Beth "Honey" Ohlhorst (Craig) of Newport News, VA, Margaret "Sissy" Mahoney (Dan) of Hornell, Mark "Bucky" O'Neil (Ann), Patty Doddington (Roger) of England, Timothy O'Neil (Linda) of Canandaigua, Kathryn "Kitty" Hepler (Eric) of Richmond, VA and Brian O'Neil (Julie) of Rochester; and her former husband Alec Martusewicz. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
In keeping of her love of animals, Brigid's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to the Hornell Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell, NY 14843.
