He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Hoffman and Grace Hoffman (Fuller). He is survived by: his wife Rose (Carnahan); his children, Bruce "Dan" Hoffman, Brian Hoffman (Elena) and Brenda Hoffman-Case (Dexter); his sisters, Helen Forrest and Barbara Pac; his sister-in-law Marjorie Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Emily Hoffman, Whitney and Haley Case. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
