She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Pasternack and Helen Pasternack; and her siblings, Thomas, Gary (Kathleen), Raymond and Anthony Pasternack (Mary Fricano).
She is survived by: her children, T. J. Kohlman and Kaiti Kohlman (Richard Laskay); her grandchild Arty; and her brother Charles (Mary). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
