She was predeceased by: her father Fred Smith (Chrissy). She is survived by: her children, Frederick Robinson (Linda), Lugene Rodgers III (Montezia), Bryan Rodgers (Samantha), Divante Rodgers and DaJanai Hall; her grandchildren, Brooke, R. J., Sophia, Fred, Nevaeh, Korey, Jamil and Heaven; her mother Beverly Smith; her sibling Fredericka Edmond (Michael); her uncle Tony Walker; her aunt Mary Martin; her nephew Howard Cahee III; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Howard IV and Honnest; and her close friend Katrina Martin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carolyn's honor to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Institute.
