He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia E.; his son Charles P. Joyce; and his brother William Joyce (late Marjorie). He is survived by: his children, Rosemarie Zavarella (late Joseph) and Kayleen Joyce; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Edwin), Amy, Patrick (Marysa) and Erin (Collin); and his sister Janet Steeg (late Daniel). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
