He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Crooks and Leona F. Crooks (Ament); his wife Mary "Jane" Jones (Leonard); and his brother Ricky Crooks. He is survived by: his brothers, Mark Crooks (Tammy) of Apollo and William E. Crooks, Jr. (Ann) of Vandergrift; and his siblings' children, Sarah Poorman (Erik), Jericka Clark (Russ), Jesse Crooks (Amanda), Joshua Crooks and James Crooks. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
