Early of Buffalo, New York, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Early and Myrtle Mae Early (Smith); his former wife Marcella Early; his son Charles E. Early; his daughter-in-law Nancy Early; and his daughters, Kim Watterson and Ketty Dougherty.
He is survived by: his wife Alma Early (Hockman-Dougherty); his children, Darrell Early (Deb), Elaine Larson (Alan), Roger Early, Roy Early (Vida Kaniecki) and Martha Mae Wiedersheim (Ian); and his children-in-law, Sylvia Early, Sherwin Dougherty (Debbie), Debra Smith (Tim), Terri Huth (Bill), Kelly Coller (Jim) and Jamie Watterson. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren; 33 Great-Grandchildren; and 1 Great-Great Granddaughter.
