She is survived by: her children, James Jay (Catherine), Jerald Michael (Diane), Jeffrey Charles (Ellen) and Jodi Ann; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Moira, Sarah, Jenna, Zachary, Nicholas, Johnathan and Patrick. She is also survived by many loving great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
