He was predeceased by : his parents, Claire R. Edmonston (VanSciver) and Eugene Leo Steinke; and his stepfather George Edmonston. He is survived by : his children, Cassandra (Andrew Mastarone) and Eugene L. Steinke (Christine Cooper); his sisters, Heidi Weiss, Dana Kaczynski (William) and Sheridan Steinke; and his stepmother Sandra Steinke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
