She was predeceased by: her daughter Angela Smith; her granddaughter Angelina; her parents, Patrick Mellody and Stella Mellody (Raczka); and her brothers, Patrick Jr. and Daniel Mellody.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Smith (Amparo Rosa), Justin Smith, Jonathan Barr, Jessica Smith (Charles) and Jared Pilarski; her grandchildren, Angela, Jax, Emma, Wyatt and Amelia; and her brothers, David and Robert. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Cemetery (700 Pine Ridge Heritage Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14225).
