He is survived by: his wife Joanne Jonczak (Caporali); his daughter Kathleen Ann Duff (Tom) of Sarver; and his siblings, Edward Jonczak of Oakmont and Mary Ann Jonczak of Springdale. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
