He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne J. Palazzo; and his brothers, Eugene and Ralph Palazzo. He is survived by: his daughter Deborah A. Palazzo (Peter J. Turner); his grandchild Leean D. Zak (Adam); his brother James Palazzo (Philomena); and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Palazzo and Kathy Palazzo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
