He is survived by: his wife Sharyl (Lindsay); his children, David D. Cousins, Jr. (Jen) and Michelle Vorpe (David); his grandchildren, Bobbi, Taylor, Alicia and Hayden; his great grandchildren, Ava and Isaac; and his siblings, Richard Cousins and Carol Schaeffer.
