He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Walters; his stepfather William; and his stepbrother Billy. He is survived by: his mother Judith Walters (Baum Cleveland); and his siblings, Mark, Thomas (Gianna), James Cleveland (Becky), Peggy Walters Page (George) and George Walters (Sharon). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
