He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Striemer); his children, Michael Scheuneman (Patricia), Michele Walsh (late John) and Melissa Norman (Michael); his sister Barbara Gurney (late Richard); and his brother-in-law Carl Striemer (Sheila). He is also survived by grandchildren and (3) great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Donations in David's memory may be made to the Michael J. Fox foundation for Parkinson's Research.
