She was predeceased by: her husband Charles S. Rogers; her parents, Merlyn Loscher and Olive Loscher; and her brothers, David Loscher, Daniel Loscher and Darryl Loscher.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Stallworth-Williams, Elizabeth Rogers, Jason Rogers and Megan Rogers (Mark Boyle); and her sibling Dale Loscher (Beverly). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
