He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Maciejewski and Anna Maciejewski; and his siblings, Alice Kroth (late Canisius) and Ronald Mace. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl A. Maciejewski; his children, Michael (Kelsey McDaniel), Jeffrey (Colleen) and Jacqueline Amato (Matthew); his grandchildren, Quinn, Alice, Molly, Genevieve and Warren; and his brother Eugene Maciejewski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo, Inc. Entombment in Holy Cross Cemetery.
